Hired Royal Flush to change and install a new hot water tank. Gary Greco came to the house, looked at the job, took a deposit of $800.00 and said he would be back with the new tank the same day and would install the tank. He dropped off the tank which was the wrong size for my home. I tried to call him and he didn't return the call.in the meantime he cashed the check for $800.00 and left me with a tank that I couldn't use. I couldn't return it because I had no receipt and I continued call him and he did not call me back. When I finally reached him he threatened to come over and assault me if I didn't stop calling him. Luckily I knew where he bought the tank and I was able to talk to a distributor who exchanged the tank for me. I did the work myself. The distributor knew about this Gary Greco as they will not do business with him. He uses different names everytime he buys materials and always pays in cash. I did a search on this guy and his company and he has lots of complaints from people who have been scammed by him. I have taken him to Small Claims Court and won a judgment which he never acknowledged. WARNING - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY - however, he used different names and different business names.
