New York Financial Recovery promised to sell my Wyndham timeshare for $607,000 to a buyer, who had put supposedly $121,400 down as a deposit, and I paid $3517.00 for closing cost and title transfer on August 30. To follow up on this deal, I have tried at least a dozen times to get Timothy Maxwell on the phone (X802), but the phone message was always that he was unavailabe. I have come after 2 months to the conclusion that this whole matter might be a scam and that it would be wise to warn orher potential vicims.
