Upon entering Direct Commerce Academy's (DCA's) website to obtain information regarding a work at home service, I had to pay $2.97 to get into the site. After which I discovered this was not for me, I exited out and was charged an additional $139.95! When I called regarding this error, I was given a confirmation number for a refund. To date, I have not received the refund being over the 10 day period I was told had to take place. When I called again, I was told to contact the corporate offices which had declined to reimburse my money.
The customer service representative could not give me a name, address or phone number or even a supervisor to whom I could voice my complaint. This company is obviously fraudulent and are taking advantage of the disinfranchised in this country!
