I don't shop at this small store regularly for these reasons, they rip you off i think intentionally, and its always when they have the "10 for" specials. You have to police them constantly. The first time i caught them the cashier intentionally slid 1 of the 2ltr coke products on sale past the scanner... You say well you got a free coke... Not! They might have lost 50c worth of product but i got to pay the inflated price of $1.79 x 9) since i didn't make 10 qualifying items i lost the discount. The second time they didn't mark one of the items listed in the ad as being on sale for the 10 for 10 so once again your paying the higher price and you don't know it because it doesn't reflect the discount (thats wasn't given) till at the very end of the transaction. The third time was today when I purchased several items. I should have had 3 sets of ten, once again, the items were not marked as a discount so it did not qualify for the discount in the computer, and once again, no discounts and of course customer service was closed for the day, they asked me to come back another day but want you to forget about it. I have not had this problem with other Kroger stores, only this location, I think because its a small location they need to make more margin. I'm just wondering how many other people have been screwed the same way and not realized it. What a way to make a profit from your neighborhood!
