Macy's is huge rip-off. I made a credit card payment on time, 2 days earlier than the due date & they charged a late fee. Apparently their system is set-up not to give credit for their mistake. They'

Macy's is a huge rip-off department store. Made a credit card payment 2 days early & they charged late fee. It cleared my account 2 days earlier before the due date & they charged a late fee, even though the entire balance was paid in full. Called customer service that went to India (nice people - doing their job) & they claimed the system is set up not to give credit for the fee charged. This is a very unprofessional rip-off
