They scam me out of $39.00 for fee, plus $69.00 for the package Ididnt receive

I was scam out of $39.00 for processing fee. Then they ask me what package is best for me, I choose the $69.00 one. I didn't receive any package from them to get started. They gave me 50 names to send out, had to buy stamps which was $36.00 worth, they said they would pay me back on my 3rd check. I need my money back please.
