I ordered 1 kymara body shaper to try according to the commercial as seen on TV. The rep convinced me to buy 2 $10 off. Total. Price including shipping was $69.00
Item arrived 3wks later. The tops were too large, so I returned them for an exchange on one and refund on the other. I waited 1 1/2 week. When I called to speak to a rep. She was not happy do a refund, saying I should not include both items in same package. Anyway I told her just to send the right size. She did not put the order in as I expected. I waited another 2 weeks then called again. This time I spoke to another rep. Who checked the order and said it was not put in. She then said she would do it that Thursday. I received the order 4 days later. The items still did not fit. The top was very difficult to get on, I had to get the help of my husband. When I finally got it on, the bottom part kept rolling upward, the length of the body shaper is too long for my body, I did not get the look I expected. The 30 day from the original order date has passed, no fault of mine, I don't think it's fare for me to be stuck with something I cannot use.
