I recently had the misfortune of witnessing the most rude behavior and disrespectful treatment of wait staff in a fine dining restaurant. While eating dinner at Andrea at Pelican Hill Resort, a few weeks ago, I watched the Kohl family mistreat their wait staff. Mr. Kohl's children were snapping their fingers at the waiters and making loud demands for items such as french fries. Mr. Kohl himself exhibited a complete lack of civility by screaming in his waiter's face. The staff ran themselves ragged trying to please these people. Mr Kohl should be ashamed of his appalling behavior and does a poor job of setting an example for his children. I personally will never step foot in a Kohl's store again, and I believe this family owes the staff of Andrea an apology. Mr. Kohl, your wealth does not excuse nor allow for your lack of civility.
