Sent wrong watch and never ansered emials

Hi... Don't trust this company. They have an extensive website but they don't send you the item you ordered? I ordered a Louis Cartier Tank Watch. It's on their site... Before I paid I ask if it was the Louis not the must de Cartier. They said yes... I told them I had a problem with another Chinesse company that sent different items. They told me... We are AAA and ship what we sell... Wrong... I got a very poor replicia must de Cartier watch. After 4 emails this is what they came back with{ the Louis Cartier is still on their site}

Could you accept buy one and get one free to make up your lose? That's widely accepted to solve the problem.
