Oak Harbor Freight Lines damaged my shipment and then said it would be 30-120 days before they would address my claim.in addition, the driver altered the bill of lading in violation of their company policy to make one shipment of two crates into two shipments of one crate and then tried to bill over $200 more after the shipment was in the destination's distribution warehouse. Finally, they told me that they removed the extended value of the shipment I had placed!
