The company International Cargo Movers is a fraud. A person from Alaska offers 11 week old dogs for free and all you have to do is pay shipping. The alleged company sends you an email advertising a website that is under construction, a man calls that doesn't speak english and calls from an international number which is odd if they are from Alaska calling Texas. Do Not Trust, the person has no dogs and the company is a fraud.
