PANACHE EQUESTRIAN Returned BREECHES with registered mail receipt and they refuse to refund my money

On March 21st 2010 I ordered several breeches from Panache Equestrian and two of them were Pikeur Cindy breeches UK size 28 regular. I asked if I could exchange one pair and sent it via registered confirmed USPS:
