I am writing to complain about the Cleveland area attorney Gary Boecker and his driver Ken Banks. Contact information for them is as follows:

I had a chance to live with Ken and Julie Banks on a number of occasions and was forced to leave as a result of their chronic and habitual drug abuse and later I found sales from their home. Ken is employed (On a cash basis) by Gary Beocker who has a private law practice, is interim and part time CEO of ESP Products and also provides counseling and seminars for area physicians on how to manage their wealth. I think given the nature of Boecker's business, the notion he'd be affiliated with the law and the medical communities, that he would know better than to be associated with and employ someone who is more often than not under the influence of narcotics, and certainly to utilize him as a driver and personal assistant in this condition. Some of the better exemplars of foolish behavior and flawed judgment by Ken and Julie are: Their policy of not smoking cigarettes in the home for fear of harming their two year old son Nathan. It seems that they smoke in the basement anyway adjacent to both furnaces for their and the second floor flat, so all this does is take the smoke and send it to both apartments anyway. Of course both Julie and Ken smoke marijuana in the home, smoke both cigarettes and dope in their cars with Nathan present, so I fail to see the point of this other than putting on a show in the hopes of looking like "Good Parents".
Julie appears at work under the influence of narcotics, since the first thing she does when getting up in the morning is to smoke more marijuana. She has also managed to close Nathan's fingers in the bathroom door while stoned, and dropped him from a height of four feet onto the floor from his changing table. Nathan has also nearly crushed his own skull by nearly pulling a one foot diameter ceramic planter onto his head off its wrought iron stand, he's nearly crawled off the front porch, or fallen down the stairs while I was there also.
The drug sales from the home in conjunction with their friend Brandy Baker who lives down the street in the home she financed with her drug trade, makes this not a family show you'd care to raise a child in. This is likely not an attorney you'd care to do business with either.
