Terri told me she would provide the software to do medical billing, an EDI#, train me, give me two Doctors to bill and shadow my work. She brought the software and installed it on my computer, said to get familiar with the program and she would be back in a week and a half to two weeks with the rest of my package and my EDI#.
I intended to pay with my credit card. She said she was in the process of moving and could I just write her a check instead. I did.
She set up a training session 12 days later. A half hour before she was supposed to come she called to say she was running late and would see me about an hour later. She never came or called again.
The next month she told me she was too busy to train me.
The next month she said for me to call her and she would do a conference call so I could get my EDI#. She never answered the phone.
She sent an email message saying she was still too busy and would cut me a check for the training I had paid for and never received. She didn't.
After this she blocked my email messages and never answered the phone when I called and she never returned any messages I left.
I filed a complaint in Small Claims Court. The court sent the papers for the hearing. She wouldn't sign for them. I had to hire a process server to serve her with the court papers. I won a judgment against her.
She never paid the judgment. I filed for a writ of execution. I then had to hire a process server to serve the papers on her. She claims she has no money to pay the judgment.
