I feel that everyone who is complaining, is doing it out of spite because they didnt get their way. I feel every company gives people some leeway with there policies, but mainly stick to their written rules that every consumer is given to over view. I have boughten numerous item from gemstv and yes some of the items I do not care for and yes I do return some and I get a refund back. So if you claim your are disabled, or your only returned a few things, etc. And Gemstv is picking on you for some odd reason... Get real! Its probably because you didnt READ the terms and conditions or you feel you should be treated differently because you are "disabled". If that was the case why wouldnt everyone claim there is something wrong with them. So please stop trying to put down a company because you didnt know any better and they didnt give you what you wanted because YOU were in the wrong. Gemstv has great items and low prices.
