Reproting Mypoints because they have awful customer service. They say it may take 2-7 days and maybe 30 days later you hear back and its usually generic. Reported them to the BBB also and survey police but nothing yet.
JUst want them to up their customer service and actually read the emails you send them.
Fed up trying to get them to do the job they have to do.
