The guy who runs this service is a big jerk. We were told two cleaning ladies would arrive between 8 and 10am. They showed up at 11am and the guy was supposed to do an assessment of the house and give a bi weekly estimate but instead walked right up and stuck a big refrigerator magnet on my fridge, put down way too many advertisements on the counter and he took off without saying a word. The cleaning ladies did not speak one single word of English so we couldn't communicate with them and at the end he tried to charge us an extra hour because he said the ladies had gone over an extra ten minutes. When we disputed this he began to argue heatedly even calling me "meatball" at one point and threatened to sue us in small claims court even though we signed no contract and actually paid him the amount that he was owed. All in all we spent almost eight hours trying to deal with the service today between them arriving late and then not picking up the workers until over an hour after they finished. And it ended with us almost having to call the police on this guy to get him out of here. Do not hire "pacifica cleaning group"!!!
