I ordered one and ended up with four and the cost was $80.93. I only have one dog. I don't need four barkoffs

I ordered one barkoff and a free one. But when I recieved them I got four. And the cost was $80.93. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford that. I need to return two of these barkoffs for a refund. Please let me know how to do this. Oh by the way I don't use the phone because I had cancer in Oct. 2000 and my voice box was taken out. I only use the internet to talk. Thank You Mr. Krauth
