This company took money out of my account and I did not authorize it. I called them and m, of course, they gave me the run around. They said that someone would be sending me an email in 24-48 hours and they would be the one to give me the refund. Yeah, right! I told them what I thought about them and then I went to my bank to ensure that I get my money back, since we both knew that I was never going to get any money back from them.
I also reported them to the FCC. I think everyone needs to take this further. Of course, these type of people just continue to change their name and location, but we might get lucky one time.
