The supervisor was allegedly organizing inventory on the ledge within the Easter area but she was on her mobile phone in the period I arrived to the shop till I quit (roughly 35-40 units) also it was really frustrating and he or she really ridiculous. I described it towards the woman in the check out but her response was. "she is the supervisor". Others within the shop were building comments and were astonished at how fully she was speaking and at-one stage she actually talked profanity.
Personally I think this exercise having a store-manager is completely uncalled-for and really should be handled accordingly. Easily spoke on my mobile phone for actually about a minute in my own office I'd be punished and perhaps ended.
