I received a call at my office from a representative at Simply Water in Miami Lakes who claimed they can save me money on my water cooler costs. I told them I was in a contract with Crystal water. They promised me their product would be so much cheaper and wanted to send a representative to come in and talk to me. I set up the appointment for the following week. A guy named Mike Raulson called me to say he was on his way and was late because he was lost. It was already 30 minutes after our appointment. When he finally did come, he was very fast talking and slick I would say now that I look back at the incident. He told me he had a machine that I would own for $30 a month and they would come out for any repairs for no additional cost, I ordered the almost $2000 machine and have had problems ever since. The water cooler doesnt maintain cold water. The hot is luke warn at best. The button does not light up and it is stuck pressed in. I have only had the machine for 4 months. I have since called him back and he said he wont send a technician unless I payed him $125 since thats what he pays the guy. I told him it was in the contract. And then he points out some weird loophole that he claims its only for the first 30 days. The contract is full of lies and they even increased my monthly payment to $45. Im so tired of Mike Raulson because all he does is yells on the phone and curses. He hangs up on everyone and refuses to let you get a word in. I advise you to not let this crooked man in to your business. I am now stuck with a horrible cooler / filter system and am going back to Crystal for my water. This man is so evil and money hungry its a shame. There are only two employees him (the owner/sales rep) and his friend Ken Bentley who only tells me that Mike Raulson is the one in charge and cant help me. Beware south florida. STAY AWAY.
