Company overcharged me without giving a chance to review the order in

I was joining the website for the advertised $14.95 charge but ended up charged $18.90 and when i wanted to counsel the account, they offered me to accept a lower renewed harged of $9.00 and i accepted it but ended up being overcharged before i had time to review terms. They are still doing this!
