I have read two reports on this company and I would like you to hear my story now. I hired Action Cooling & Heating, Inc. To do a fairly large job on our fairly large home. I checked the internet and found this site. What I read was quite disturbing. I then call a local law office that Action had done some work for and I found out that they had done a perfect "commercial" job. After speaking to the kind woman at the law firm, she then informed me that one of the partners had Action do some work for him privately. She then informed me that SHE had them do some work for her privately; there was not one single problem or complaint. She would "highly" recommend them. I then decided to proceed and have them do all the work we needed done. They did a wonderful job. Everything went according to plan: They were on time. They were tidy. They were efficient. They used their time well. Most imporantly, they did a fantastic job for us. My parents have used them. Again, a wonderful job. I am not affiliated with this company in any way, but I found it only fair to combat the negative posts. They were very good to us. I would and WILL hire them again without hesitation. I understand that everyone has a right to their own opinion and we should respect that. This is my opinion and I hope you respect it. Felt the need to throw in my 2 cents, for whatever it's worth. You are responsible for the decisions you make, I only hope you do your homework. I did mine and we are THRILLED with the work and service they performed. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
