My family had gotten some quotes for work on the furnance in our home from B & M Heating Cooling and Plumbing. We had agreed on a price and what we wanted worked on. What we didn't agree to was the rude remarks made from the workers about african american people being lazy loafs and that they would never hire a black person to work for their company. Well, we are a proud african american family and we regret ever hiring this family to work on our home.
If you are considering this company look elsewhere for better service and standards. After looking at the furnance duct, the connection was not made snug. All they should have done to correct this was to put some metal duct tape on the piping. We think they got their work standards from the back of a cereal box. Stay clear of the Montfort family, especially Iona Montfort, Frank Montfort, and Denise Montfort that comprise the B & M Heating Cooling and Plumbing company found in Detriot and Lapeer Michigan.
