On April 26, I purchased a leather manager's chair through OfficeMax.com. It was delivered promptly and I immediately sent in my rebate forms and proofs, etc. Both on-line through Easier Rebates and through the mail to OfficeMax Promo, Claim #397291, PO Box 9967, Seattle, WA 98109-0967. According to their website, these items were received on May 3rd, and my rebate was mailed on August 11, with a two-to-three week delivery date anticipated. Since that time, I have contacted Easier Rebates multiple times through their "Contact Us" e-mail and received NO response. Also, no check has ever arrived, as of today, October 29. I also e-mailed Office Max corporation, which responded immediately, but reported that they could do nothing to help me. Luckily, I really like the chair, but I continue to be very frustrated about the non-appearance of my $30.00 rebate, and the lack of response from Easier Rebates. Strangely, the simultaneous on-line and mail rebate process was supposed to expedite receipt of my check.
