We bought a couch from Ethan Allen, that was customized and somewhat costly. There have been instantly two issues. The couch smelled just like a chemical manufacturer and also the pillows were so overstuffed that average people can't spot their toes on the ground once they stay.
We complained about them both plus they stated, "should you'd prefer to invest many hundred more, we shall remake the pillows. The smell may disappear in a couple of months." These were not able to determine what substances were outgassing into our house. After I told them-it was undesirable for all of US to cover pillows they overstuffed, they stated "Too bad." I'll never, actually purchase something from Ethan Allen again.
