I use to work for this company before I quit. This company is very unethical, and they try to force people to spend there social security check with there company. CRI is a telemarketing company that is associated with DayCom. CRI is suppose to raise money for the Missouri State Troopers Association. However, they are trying to force people to spend money they don't have. Most of the money is suppose to go to the Missouri State Troopers Association, but CRI receives over 75% of the income to give to the managers and employee's. The employee's get bonus checks based off of how much money they solicit out of people. Also, CRI ask people who are on social security if they are on a fix income. One of the managers tried to make this old lady fill guilty about donating. He even said "ma'am you don't care enough about your troopers to donate!" This lady was also on the do not call list, and he even started an argument with her. This old lady wasn't the first person to be harassed by CRI. There are plenty of people on the Do not Call list, and they still call these people. The general manager JOHN CARR, said that Non-profit organizations are exempt from the Do Not Call List law. Also, one of the employee's got mad because he couldn't get a sale, so he called another old woman a "f*ing bitch!" People in Missouri should not have to be harassed and called names just to donate money. Most of the time, people on the Do Not Call list; shouldn't be getting a call from any telemarketer. Since most of the money goes to the employee's and managers; I would recommend people to not donate to CRI (Missouri State Troopers Association). If you are on the Do Not Call List, or if they are asking for personal information; please record the call and give your information to a Lawyer.
