About 2 months ago I got a call from Kathy, my insurance broker at Survival. She said that my insurance had been cancelled. To make a long story short, there was some mistake about my nephew being on my policy. She told me I needed to buy another policy with her and she work take care of the refund which was to be about 700 dollars. She asked me to send her paperwork to confirm that my nephew did have his own insurance. I did exactly as she asked.
After telling me she would take care of this I have sent her countless e-mails and she has not yet responded to any of them. I called her office yesterday and spoke with her on the phone. She told me she would look into this and call me back yesterday. This never happened.
I talked to the supervisor RJ who told me that he didn't care that his company stoled from me, and that this was not his problem.
My experience with Survival has been working with a dishonest agent who allergic to telling the truth.
I think it's important for people to share experiences like these to warn an unsuspecting public.
