I purchased 3 sets of shoes online. The standard was really low. It got me 14 days of telephone calls to achieve customer support and obtain a return address. After my return bundle was shipped for 3 months, I'd not gotten my reimbursement. I named clients support again, the woman explained that I ought to obtain my return briefly. Another week approved by, no reimbursement. I'm attempting to contact again.
Every time it got me around 30 minutes to hold back on the telephone for customer support, plus they do not actually understand what was happening. This is actually the toughest customer support I've previously experienced.
