In my multiple experiences with this company form both angles, they have all had very abusive attitudes. With each encounter, it entails a condecending attitude, abusive approach to dealings, and overall, the staff lacks much of the required basic legal knowledge to solve the cases at hand.
As for the collections end, their leading head case is John M. Koenig Jr. Who feels everything needs to be catered to him. He is very into threatening, yet cannot even answer basic questions related to each case at hand. His bully style of approach to cases not only reveals his true intentions and goals, but also his lack of required basic knowledge of law.
