I will start off by saying I am very grateful for this site. It saved me over $100 which is quite a bit to me because money is really tight right now. I had a smooth talking young man show up at my door selling magazines saying he was trying to earn points that would go towards a college scholarship. Being a recent college grad, I sympathized with him and bought two magazine subscriptions from him. I am very grateful now that I gave him checks, not cash.
Life got crazy the day after he came by and I kind of forgot about the fact that I had given him those checks. Well, once things calmed down a few things started to click and I realized I had probably been scammed. That's when I did some research about Atlantic Circulation Inc and came across this website. I called my bank immediately as I hadn't seen the checks process yet and found out they were set to be processed that night. Thankfully, I got to my bank in time to stop payment on the checks before this company got my money. I'm mainly posting this so people in Colorado will know that these guys are here as well and quite active judging by the fact that there were at least three of these 'scholarship seekers' in my apartment complex alone that day.
