Sadly this company has a pretty believable web site and they tend to hire real recruiters.in other words it's pretty easy to fall for this.
The scam. They will charge you $1000 to start a wedding / events consulting "business". The fee is for training which consists of a month-long Internet class or a two-day seminar. You get a binder, a CD, etc. Then you are supposed to get leads/brides from hits off their website. This is where it falls apart. The leads never come. There are also not enough affliated vendors to sell their services to your brides. Then when you do plan a wedding the company gets paid directly and you get a percentage... in theory.in reality you'll get a few leads here and there, little if any payment on sales, and lots of excuses. I lost money on this deal as did every other consultant I spoke with (there was a bit of a mutiny). They still owe me money!!!
My advice. If you want to be a wedding cosultant go to your local community college. Pay a fraction of what these theives charge and get certified. Then go work with an established wedding consultant, church, or reception hall. Your money will go a lot further this way.
