Stephen Coakley, General Manager and Fraud, disappeared after taking fee, telephone numbers no longer in service, no answer to emails

I was contacted by Stan Banks and told he could recover a fee I had paid to another company also now out of business and that he had clients waiting to purchase my TimeShare. With the fee recovery it would cover their fee. After charging my credit card immediately I could not reach Banks, nor anyone else in the company. The telephone numbers I was given were disconnected, no longer in service. Emails were not answered. Never received any word concerning the fee recovery.
