I have completed 2 BPOs for this company more than 6 months ago and still havent received payment. I have sent numerous emails to them and spoke with their reps by phone. Previously, I was paid for one report I did for them 7 months after it was completed. With that report, the company gave me their standard excuse that I didnt send them my W-9 and that was the reason it took them 7 months to pay me. So since they already have all my info, what is their excuse now? They have just tried to assign to me whole bunch of new orders and I had to decline all of them, because I do not work for free! I hope that other agents will learn form my experience with this company.
