1. This company denied charges, when the customer and our business ok'd the charges on credit cards. First American denied the credit card BUT still charged us as though they accepted the card.
2. Then when questioned about this they have no excuse, was told by Claudia D. That guess you should have read the fine print. Now trying to cancel this account and was told they will charge an additional $495 to cancel with them. Said it was early termination fees.
3. First of all they said we signed a 3 year contract, we have been in business approx 20 years, been using credit card machine for at least 10. If a 3 year contract was ever signed (cant find proof of that) three years have been well past. Then said signed an agreement to automatically renew yearly. NEVER signed anything like that.
4. Called to let them know we were canceling PRIOR to the yearly fee being deducted from our account, still deducted it and said they need a faxed request to cancel, also need to certify mail the request to cancel and it will be reviewed..
5. So they have taken another yearly fee out, charged fees for transactions THEY denied and are going to REVIEW our request to cancel.
6. Again said that we should have read the fine print. Fine print is for the purposes of misleading and MANY hidden fees.
7. This company has refused to cooperate, assist or abide by anything previously told to us.
