My first experience—I signed up for their "supposedly" 3 month free trial, sounded nice. Only to then see that they charged me for everything, and then try to deny that I had signed up for their own offer! It wasn't until I told them I would terminate my service and file a fraudulent suit against them that they relented—saying, "oh, look here, it seems you did indeed sign up for 3 free months. Sorry."
And then I found out that they ran a Hard Inquiry credit check, without ever bringing it to my attention, asking my permission, or even bothering to notify me in any way? It brought down my credit by 12 points. Not a huge deal, necessarily, but the fact that they snuck it in to the TOS fine print makes me sick! I NEVER gave them permission. They are very shady, under the table, and incredibly rude on top of it all. I canceled my service and strongly recommend you NOT to do business with them. They WILL hide things from you, "forget" what you signed up for, and offer you some of the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. There are far better, honest companies out there than these guys. If you value integrity in your business, go elsewhere!
