When I decided to finally respond to these crazy people... I thought hey... Maybe this is what they really claim to be! Well, as suspected... I was WRONG! Their worse then anyone could ever imagine... What is really sad is I'm not the only one they have and are continuing to do this to... Something has to happen, they should not get away with this... They have supplied nothing for me except lies, bogus contact information, and have taken unauthorized money out of my account... I wouldn't wish this headache on anyone, not even the wealthiest person out there... But in my case, I'm a divorced mom of 3 young children who is a full time student... They were only authorized to take out $4.99 from my account as a 1 time upgrade fee... They have now helped themselves into my account 4 times more than authorized... They have removed money in the sum of $39.99 each time... Not knowing they were going to do so, and being a single mom, I dont have much in my account to begin with, when they have chosen to do this hey have (on top of their un authorized debit) also caused my account to bounce turning it negative.
