Mr Forrest Jackson, owner of the former business Abco Van Lines, Inc. Is still conducting business illegally. Though he has been reported to the Florida Department of Agriculture, they have yet to use enforcement to put a stop to him. He has no license no insurance, no trucks, no facilities and no state of federal authority to move anyone. He simply rents a truck and has whomever he can find (Kelly Voss) perform the work. If anyone is hurt or anything is damaged he has no coverage.
In addition to his illegal moving operation, Forrest Jackson has not paid any of his former Employees their total wages. He has also denied unemployment compensation to any who apply, claiming they all "quit" (they were not being paid) he has done this out of spite because his employees would not work for free!
This is a morally corrupt individual who you should avaoid at all costs.
He should be turned in to the department of labor, at the time of this writing, this is being pursued.
He also deducted taxes from his employees checks and did not send them in. (Both state and federal)
Mr. Jackson also collects cash or cashes his customers checks at their banks to hide this income from the IRS. Which he is deeply indebted to.
