We rescued a puppy for a "donation" of $400, which in the contract was to include getting our puppy spayed when she was of the appropriate age. The agency told us to contact them when she was 6 months old so that they could set up an appointment for her to get spayed.
When she reached 6 months of age I attempted multiple times to get ahold of the agency via telephone. It wasnt until the 5th voicemail and 20th phone call that i finally reached the person in charge of the agency. When he answered the phone i was greeted with yelling and shouting telling me to "just email him like all the other customers do."
Since then i have emailed him 2 times and have yet to hear back. He still has our $400 and our puppy has still not been spayed.
