Our vehicle was broken within the Rutteris carwash in Stewartstown PA, Robin Nace of Rutteris acknowledged obligation and guaranteed to create all required repairs. She delivered me out for an estimation, upon getting it, declined to uphold her term, and Rutteris won't purchase repairs.
