I was charged over 100 dollars against my phone bill for a pager & services never received

I was asked by a telemarketer if I would receive a (free) pager, in turn I would have to listen to his spill, and take this into consideration, there was to be no charges against my phone bill unless i activated this pager.

I never received a pager nor did I activate any account however I now have over 120.00 in excess phone charges. Any one interested in filling a class act lawsuit including criminal charges.
