SENSA Weight-Loss System
Sensa recieved with open shaker could have been tampered with. Would not replace until entire order was returned

I purchased S E N S A from S h o p N B C a little over a week ago. The package arrived and one of the shakers was open at the top on the sweet side and the contents was all over the place. Weird how they packed it. The shakers body is wrapped in plastic and the top where the shakers are was not secured in this wrapping.

I called S H O P N B C to tell them about this and my goal was to have them replace the open shaker ONLY. Needless to say, they told me I had to return the WHOLE PACKAGE. So, now I have to put my new diet plan off for another week or so.
My real problem with that is WHAT IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN when I am on the plan and ready to start the next stage? Now I have to return the whole thing and lose probably about two weeks of the program mid-stream.

I feel the shakers should be packed better with the tops sealed in plastic... Why even bother to wrap the body of the shaker? For all I or anyone who has purchased this knows, they could have been tampered with, product could have been skimmed off... Who knows? When you by a box of salt in the store, it is sealed shut, so is any other spice you buy either with a plastic seal over the cap or a seal on the inside lid. Honestly, I dont feel safe using the product because of the slipshod packaging. Who would??? And if it was tampered with and the seal was there and removed... All the more reason for them. S H O P N B C OR S E N S A THEMSELVES to facilitate immediate replacement.

I also feel that S H O P N B C should be in a position to make good on the bad delivery by replacing it immediately which would allow the buyer to start the program with the one remaining shaker and THEN expecting a return of the entire product. The way they want to do it is just wrong.

As if it was not bad enough that S H O P N B C took this ridiculous stand... So too did S E N S A themselves... Advising me that I could send back the item to S H O P N B C, cancel the order with them AND THEN hitch myself to them for the same unreasonable policy. Somebody please show me the sense in that? Same bad policy, different shipper.
