Will Not Give Refund After Wrongfully Charging Account

To start off, my wife was interested in there fortune finding services. Signed up for the initial free trial. After the initial signup she realized she didnt need the service to find the information she was looking for. They were called and service was cancelled prior to the end of the free trial. No further $ was due. Well Dec. 16th we were supprised with a $88.95 withdraw on our account. This was when we began our fight with Fortune Finders. A phone call resulted in a promise of refund but would require up to 14 work days to complete. Jan 2nd i believe was when we called back to inquire about the not yet recieved refund. They Blamed the bank for delaying my refund. After several phone transfers around the bank i was finally connected to the electronic funds recieving dept, we came to the conclusion that the money was never recieved. And was not even pending. More phone calls to just resulted in more waiting "while they resolve the issue." End of Feb. We were informed that due to the issue with the Electronic funds Transfer. They would be sending a check via the Mail Service. Feb 5th, Phone call esulted in "we dont know what your talking about". Bottom Line is that Fortune Finders is a RipOff from the start. Today is March 6th. The Refund was due Dec 16th. You do the math. Thats way more than the 14 days they required to process the refund. And Still no refund has been recieved.
