Billied for something NOT ordered

I had been solicited and requested to test an effort account IN ONE SINGLE savings membership NOT TWO. No note was made from another membership. Used to do not request or take the 2nd account. I've delivered a notice to stop the 2nd account that we am worrying about on 3-3, but I'm considering a cost anyway. The corporation is DECEPTIVE.
