Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

I'd an event this weekend and created a scheduled appointment in order for them to clear my home on Sunday. They named on Friday to stop saying they'd an urgent situation. Was the crisis they did not feel just like operating? This really is definitely undesirable and unprofessional STEER CLEAR!
