An unauthorized charge of $14.95 started to appear on our credit/debit card in january and continued in february. I called the number which was attached to the charge and got a very polished front end who promptly offered a refund and cancelled my bizmax account. They claimed that my wife signed up but would not tell me any more than that claiming that I was not the customer. I stated that the credicard is in my name and therefore I am the customer but no other info about when and through who my wife signed up was not released. I will see if they live up to the refund, they promised to do it in 48hrs. After google-ing "bizmax unauthorized charge" I found an other report linking VistaPrint to Bizmax. That rang a bell because my wife bought some cards from VistaPrint in November. She remembered the purchase but said the no way did she sign up for anything but a bizcard purchase. I was just about to purchase some more cards from VistaPrint but now I'm not going to. Apparently our info was stolen or VistaPrint willingly setup a checkout where if you're not careful, you inadvertently sign up for a Bizmax. Hardly matters which has taken place, VistaPrint looses a couple of customers. I will update if there is anything to update.
