I purchased two giftcards at Coldstone Creamery in Klamath Falls, Oregon where I reside for Holiday presents for my two daughters. This was in December.in January I got them to make use of the giftcards which have been secured in my own lock-box so that they would not wander off. The table person stated there is cash on a single card-but not another. I had been advised to return tomorrow having a bill plus they might provide me another card. And so I returned 24 hours later with my charge card info and day of purchase when I settled with my credit. Credit did have report of the purchase. The table individual mentioned her supervisor stated to not provide a new card. And so I got his quantity and title and named him then he backed down and believed to provide the cards again and he'd lookup the deal with Credit and on his documents for credit card revenue and substitute my card. Used to donot notice from him and so I returned and all of the windows were coated with document. They shut!!! And so I just got cheated. After I taken care of the card the man did not place the cash about the one giftcard. And so I WOn't purchase a present vard again everywhere or easily do I'm producing them show the cash is about the card before I keep. Cheers Coldstone.
