We had the same problem as well as our neighbor. We finally faxed our complaint to the BBB of N.C. (fax # 919-277-4221) they want it faxed or mailed, won't take phone calls. They have more than 2500 complaints against them. Once we complained it was within three weeks and we received a check. Heres what to fax:
1. Name of company
2. Companies address and phone numbers
3. Your name, address, and phone #
4. A summary of your complaint
5. Copy of rebate form and contract
