I suggest people take a careful look at renting these high priced apartments because they are not for a family. And not worth the money. There is no walk way to go to the office gym or club house. You have to walk on the road where tenants drive up and down the hill fast.
There is no plaground nor recreational area at all for any age when there is more then enough room to have one.
The insulation in the building appears to be lacking because you can hear others coughing through the walls.
The front entrance to the building looks like some high security facility instead of a comfortable home setting and feeling when you come home or bring someone over to your apartment. Very cold atmosphere setting. It looks like a project setting low income housing.
The gym only has some weights and treadmills alipticals and a stationary bike. The club house is closed until the office is open and that is also a 2X4 room.
You can clearly see the designn of this development is to make money only and they look to lock you into these contracts so if you default you will still owe them. When you walk around the property it feels just so cold nothing warm and cozy about living here except that the hallways makes you feel as if you are in a hotel and that is exciting.
I just think what they are asking for these apartments are ridicilously over priced. The only people I can see living there are those who are waiting to buy a home or having one being built. Even so they are putting a big hole in your pocket while you stay there.
