I ordered 2 Chuhua Puppies, from Kelly mascotain Duoala, Cameroon, and I was told they were on their way, then she comes back and say they are at the airport in France and France won't let them go through as the inncubated cages wern't up to thier standards, so she wanted me to pay 100.00 more. And then they will be shipped and in transit sometimes, before their destination. This was up to her to pay and I haven't heard from her since, after already giving her 503.00 by Westion Union, Still no word and they were to be delivered on the 19th of Februruary, and I haven't received anything! And No word!
